40 year old female clerical worker presented with neck pain on the right side that was worsened by postures while sitting at her desk.  Her pain was rated 'uncomfortable' and she felt it constantly.  She was diagnosed with moderate adhesion formation in the mid cervical region, which limited her movement of her neck.  With three treatments of Active Release treatment over two weeks she was completely pain free and able to work with little to no discomfort.  Her range of motion testing revealed full movement with no discomfort.

47 year old female cashier presented with bilateral foot pain that was treated unsuccessfully with podiatry and physical therapy.  The pain had been present for approximately one year.  She was diagnosed with plantar fascitis, caused by adhesion formation in the posterior lower leg and into the great toe bilaterally.  She was treated with Active Release Technique and massage therapy to the injured tissue.  Within two visits she had experienced significant relief and could walk with a normal normal gait. Within two months she was working full 8 hour shifts with no discomfort.
